Shopping Information

Can we use your mats outdoors?

Yes, if you have a traditional coir mat. PVC backed mats are not as suitable as they take much longer to dry out once wet. Also you will over time get a rippling effect, where the water breaks down the PVC, causing it to wave. Traditional coir mats do not have this issue, as they are pure coir throughout and the water passes through.

iLoveMats.com is a special web store that is ready to provide you with awesome custom coir doormats. Our main goal is to provide both residential and commercial settings with the doormats you need for both aesthetic and practical reasons.

COLOR OPTIONS

We print only black ink at this time for print-on-demand. So whatever color you send us will be converted to black color automatically during the production process.

Can i Returns & exchanges?

iLoveMats gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within: 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery, however the following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. No returns will be accepted without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) issued. iLoveMats can't accept returns for:

We accept all major credit cards and iLoveMats gift cards. Our site keeps your payment information secure. 

How do I know if an item is in stock?

You will be notified if an item is out of stock during the checkout process.

We strive to maintain availability of all items listed in our catalog. However, due to the success of a particular item or supply delays, it is possible that an item can be temporarily out of stock. Most times, our store co-workers can provide delivery information on an out of stock item.

How many gift cards can I use for an online order?

Customers may use only 1 iLoveMats gift cards per online order. If the balance is not sufficiant you can use other payments options as well.

When Will My Order Ship?

We pride ourselves on fast turnaround with most orders shipping from our Illinois warehouse within two business days!! Each item indicates the number of days we need to manufacture and process your order. A select few items are manufactured in our remote manufacturing facilities and may arrive separately. These items have longer lead times indicated and will not have express shipping available.    

Can I Change My Shipping Address in My Account? 

You can change the shipping address on your order if you have created an account with us. Please click on My Account on our home page which will prompt you to sign in to your account. Please select Change Shipping Address of Unshipped Orders and you will be prompted to enter the updated information. Please ensure you click the update shipping address button once finished so our system retains the most recent updates.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Estimated shipping times North America: 2-3 business days I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR COIR DOOR MAT PRODUCTS?

We use a number of different carriers in order to reduce the hassle of shipping costs. Most of our small packages (mostly small mats) are shipped using USPS Priority. We also offer FeDex Ground Services for one day, two day, and three day options.
